INSTRUCTIONS TO COMPLETE ATTACHED FORM
Please download, print and complete above form. Completed form may be sent as per the following instructions
Upon aproval, money can reach directly into the bank account of the applicant in as little as 72 hours. Just follow the following simple instructions:
1. Complete the ERF application.
2. The application shall be recommended by Kulshreshtha Kalyan Samiti, Kulshreshtha Sabha or any other accredited Kulshreshtha organization.
3. The recommending organization shall designate one person who will send completed application/other documents to ERF and ensure compliance from the ERF.
4. Attach supporting documents like bank passbook, medical documents or any other papers which support the applicant’s cause. The applicant’s name, address, phone number, bank account number, IFSC Code. bank address etc. should match with what is there on the bank passbook. Please provide PIN codes for each address in the application.
5. You can scan and email the package to [email protected]. You can also take pictures of each page by mobile phone and email or you can fax it to +16098939300
6. Answer any follow up questions.
Notes:
1. To address emergency situations, we typically help with Rs.15,000 to Rs.50,000 in each case. Whether recommending organization is also helping. the applicant can be a factor in the approval process . It will, however, not be applicable if such organization normally does not give financial help.
2. In some cases food assistance ranging from Rs.1,500 to 3,000 per month is also given for a short term.
